How-To Guides

Step-by-step walkthroughs for the most common landlord workflows.

Getting started: create your first listing

Go to ListingsCreate, fill in property details, then save.

Tip: keep the title consistent (e.g., “Unit 1203 — SMDC”).

Add tenants and assign them to a listing

Open TenantsAdd Tenant, then assign them to the correct listing.

This ensures bills and payment history are tracked correctly.

Create bills (one-time or recurring) and track collections

Use Bills to generate rent and utilities. Monitor statuses: upcoming → overdue, or pending when payment proof is uploaded.

For automation, use billing schedules if available on your plan.

Tenant uploads payment proof → you approve/reject

Tenants upload proof from their portal. You approve/reject it from your payments page.

Approving updates the bill status and collection reporting.

Bookings module: verification → listing approval → accept bookings

Submit owner verification documents, then wait for admin approval. Booking listings must also be approved before the public can book.

If booking is disabled on your public page, it’s usually owner verification or listing approval status.
