Terms of Service

1. Account Use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account, including activity from team members or listing managers you invite. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must update your password immediately and contact support.

2. Billing and Subscriptions

Tenant Lady offers free and paid plans with monthly or yearly billing cycles. Paid plans may renew according to your selected cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Manual payment methods (for example, GCash or Maya proof upload) are marked pending and activated only after admin verification. Plan limits for listings, tenants, and managers apply based on your active subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful property management and billing activities. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer features, overload the system, or upload malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful content. Accounts that violate these rules may be restricted or suspended.

4. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your account data, including listings, tenant records, bills, and payment references you submit. By using the service, you authorize Tenant Lady to process this data to provide features such as billing, notifications, reporting, and account security. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Policy.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect feature changes, legal requirements, or service improvements. Material updates may be posted in-app or on public legal pages. Continued use of Tenant Lady after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms of Service.
