Earn commissions by referring landlords and promoting listings. Track your earnings from subscriptions, bookings, and bonuses, with clear payout stages and transparent rules.

🔄 Commission Lifecycle

All earnings go through a validation process:

Pending → 30-Day Hold → Payable → Paid

  • Pending / In Hold – Awaiting payment confirmation or within the 30-day validation period
  • Ready for Payout – Eligible for withdrawal
  • Paid Out – Successfully transferred
  • Lifetime Earnings – Total non-void earnings

💸 How You Get Paid

  • Minimum payout: ₱500
  • Supported methods:
    • GCash
    • Maya
    • Bank transfer
  • Save payout details before requesting withdrawal
  • Payouts are processed manually on a schedule

🧾 Commission Rules (Landlord Subscriptions)

  • 20% upfront commission
    Earned on the landlord’s first successful paid subscription
  • 10% recurring commission
    Earned on succeeding payments for the same landlord
    • Limited to 24 recurring periods per landlord
  • 30-Day Hold
    All commissions are held for 30 days to allow for:
    • Refunds
    • Disputes
    • Chargebacks
  • No commission if:
    • Payment fails or is rejected
    • Subscription is canceled before confirmation

🎁 Tier Bonuses (Additional Rewards)

Earn extra rewards based on successful referrals:

  • 10 referrals → ₱500
  • 50 referrals → ₱3,000
  • 100 referrals → ₱10,000

📌 Rule:
Referrals count only after 3 months (≥90 days) of paid subscription activity, plus a 30-day hold.

🔗 Listing Promotion Commissions

Earn commissions when guests book listings using your affiliate link.

  • Based on landlord’s affiliate settings (e.g., 5–10%)
  • Paid only after successful booking completion
  • Also subject to 30-day hold
