🧾 Field Descriptions

• Property Name
  A name to easily identify the property (e.g., Sunset Apartment Unit 2).
• Property Type
  Select the type of property (e.g., House, Room, Studio, Bedspace).
• Address / City / Province
  Location details of the property.
• Rent Amount (₱)
  The rental price based on the selected rent schedule.
• Rent Schedule
  Defines how often rent is charged (e.g., Monthly).
• Rent Rule
  Determines when the tenant pays:
  • Advance – Pay before the rental period
  • Delay – Pay after or near the end of the rental period
• Auto-generate Rent Bills
  Automatically creates rent bills for tenants based on the rent schedule.
• Deposit (₱)
  Security deposit collected from the tenant.
• Advance (₱)
  Advance rent payment required before move-in.
• Other Fees (₱)
  Additional one-time or recurring charges.
• Allow Multiple Tenants
  Enable if the property can have more than one tenant.
• Description
  Additional details about the property (optional).
• Status
  Set availability (e.g., Available, Occupied).
