🧾 Field Descriptions

• Listing
  Select the property where the tenant will stay.
• Name / Email / Phone / Gender
  Basic tenant information for identification and contact.
• Start Date
  The date the tenant begins occupying the property.
• Rent Schedule
  Defines how often the tenant is billed (default from listing, can be changed).
• Rent Amount (₱)
  Monthly rent for the tenant. Leave empty to use the listing’s default rent.
• Status
  Set tenant status (e.g., Active, Inactive).

💰 Initial Payments

(Auto-filled from listing but can be adjusted)

• Deposit Amount (₱)
  Security deposit collected from the tenant.
• Advance Amount (₱)
  Advance rent paid before move-in.
• Other Payment (₱)
  Additional fees (e.g., admin, utilities, etc.).
• Payment Dates & Status
  Track when each payment was made and mark as paid.

• Notes
  Any extra information about the tenant.
• Upload ID / Document
  Upload valid ID or documents (optional, max 5MB).
