⚙️ Fee Modes
Option A — Shared Fees
Description:
Fees are split between the tenant and the landlord.
- Guest pays 7% service fee
- You pay 3% platform fee (deducted from your payout)
- With affiliate enabled:
- Guest pays 5% service fee
- Affiliate commission (5–10%) is deducted from your payout
👉 Best for: balanced fee sharing
Option B — Tenant Pays All
Description:
The tenant covers the full service fee, and you receive the full booking amount.
- Guest pays 10% total fee
- You receive 100% of the booking amount
- With affiliate enabled:
- Guest pays 8% fee
- Affiliate commission (5–10%) is deducted from your payout
