⏩ Advance Monthly Rent (Pay Before Month Starts)

Description:
The tenant must pay the monthly rent in advance before the start of each rental period. Payment is required before moving in and before each succeeding month.

👉 Example: 1 Month Adv
Tenant moves in on May 1 — next payment is due on June 1, (covers June 1–30)

⏳ Delayed Monthly Rent (Pay After Month Ends)

Description:
The tenant is allowed to stay in the property for the month first and pay the rent afterward, based on the agreed due date.

How it works:

• Tenant occupies the unit for the month
• Rent is billed during or at the end of the month
• Payment is expected after the billing period

👉 Example: 1 Month Adv
Tenant moves in on May 1 — next payment is due on July 1, (covers June 1–30)
