Landlord enters:
- Billing period
- Previous reading (start)
- Current reading (end)
- Price per unit
- Due date
System calculates:
Consumption = End Reading − Start Reading
Total Bill = Consumption × Price per Unit
Bill is shown to the tenant
Tenant can upload proof of payment
Landlord can track payment status
